Tested to BS EN 1634-1 : 2014 or BS476: part 22 and BS EN 1363-1: 2012 for installation on 30 & 60 minute fire rated timber door sets.
Can be used with latched models 2430, 2430DS,2435, 2835 & 2835DS only. 
 
 
The Lockey Intumescent Fire Door Kit is designed to protect any weak points of a door in the case of a fire. The weak points can be caused by installing hardware to doors. The intumesecent kit helps to prevent the spread of fire by its material expanding when heated and then it wraps itself around the components of the hardware to preserve the lock and seal any gaps.

The intumescent kit has been customised from 1mm self adhesive graphite for ease of installation and includes templates and fitting instructions to ensure installation is carried out as per the test/assessment requirements.
